    I do know the area i live in as i will walk my dog and enjoy the scenery around the area while i do so.

    Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    A simple action of using your own mug in office would save alot of paper cups.

    Rejecting a dessert a day and replacing them with fruits would be a good way to reduce refined sugar intake.

    7-8 hours of sleep a day at regular timing would improve quality of life.

    More fruits and vegetable will create lesser carbon footprint in comparison to meat. It is also a healthier option if we consumer more fruits and vegetables.
