KANAE OFUCHI 10/02/2019 2:08 AM寝る時間が毎日設定した時間よりも何時間も遅くなってしまうので、布団に入ったら、電気を消してスマホを置いて、すぐに入眠できるようにする。早くその状態になるように心がける。だらだらスマホを見ない。
