It's so satisfying to buy something new, but most of us have many more items of clothing than we need. It can be fun to shop your ow closest. Browse Pinterest for ideas on how to rework the items you have. If you need something, consider a site likeThredUp or Poshmark, which sells used items.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I'm not a morning person, and it's been easier for me to drive through a drive-thru than take the time in the morning to find my cup and fill it with ice/beverage. But, it feels good not seeing those plastic cups piling up in recycling.
