REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Rebekah Nielsen 10/23/2019 6:46 AMWhen the farmers market is going me and my mom go every Saturday. Every time we go we get all of our produce and we get honey from there along with a pastry or to. I love being able to get my produce from local farmers markets because the farmers put all of their produce on there truck and drive down to the farmers market. They usually have picked those plants that week so I know that its not just sitting in a war house somewhere waiting to be picked up by trucks and shipped out across the world. The farmers market is different they come right from where the product was picked and its just one short car ride away. Some of my favorite things to get at the farmers market is kale, corn, herbs, and my all time favorites is asian pears and the Calhoun county peaches.
