June Myrick 10/11/2019 7:13 AMI am so enjoying my 20 minute walks. Most days they go a little longer. -
June Myrick 10/02/2019 6:33 PMEating the evening meal without distraction was the hardest of the three meals so far. Normally we are not on the computer or using the phones, but the TV news is usually on in the background. I did shut it off, but just having it off was a distraction. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Eat MindfullyMindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?
June Myrick 10/02/2019 12:07 PMWe often eat our evening meal with the evening news on the TV. My plan is to shut it off, as I set the table. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
June Myrick 10/02/2019 12:04 PMWe have a very nice walking path two blocks away. It is very nice. It is a great way to clear my head and enjoy the sunshine. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Reduce refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
