Stream & lake is near to my house. Due to new proposed developments, impervious areas have increased so does runoff. that is increasing flow going in the streams which are now going beyond their capacity. this is causing flooding.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What are the most prominent water concerns in your area? Examples include drought, flooding, pollution, access, security, and privatization.

    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

It feels good that we are not creating waste out of it. Reusable cups are daily use utensils, we can't replace it with any other.

We don't use electricity for light in a day. For temperature Maintainance also windows play a super role. We don't need to fan for that. We have wide & large windows in the home which help us with good ventilation & light. This is saving on electricity & energy.
