    Today I had lunch with a coworker and brought up sustainable seafood choices (when in Boston seafood is always on the menu!) He surprised me by having recently read an article on the impact of farmed fish vs wild and how genetically different they have become.  I was pleased at his awareness on the topic!

    I thought about getting sushi for lunch but realized I didn’t know where the local place sources from so opted for a veggie option from another place.  My reading last night raised awareness to help me make smarter lunch choices!
