I tried a new form of protein to replace eating meat every now and then... nutritional yeast! 8 grams of protein for only 60 calories in every 3 tbsp.!

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
High Impact Action Track Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Grocery bags, coffee mug, water bottle, food storage containers, lunch bag, plates, bowls, and flatware, dishtowels for drying hands and cleaning at home.... doing pretty good, but I could switch to reusable napkins at work.
