Sara Mihm 10/07/2019 9:43 AMSome days are a little harder to get more sleep because I get fixated on finishing the dishes or writing that last email, but in the end, do those things matter more than how I feel during the day when I get more sleep or how I feel when I wake up? I'm super motivated to make this change, especially with EcoChallenge in full swing to get me to try something new. -

Let's mobilize in our own place of work!
