Nature

Support Local Pollinators

At least 30% of crops and 90% of flowering plants rely on pollinators to produce fruit. I will spend 20 minutes researching which plants support local native pollinators and plant some in my yard.

Nature Go for a Daily Walk
How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

I'm definitely enjoying getting out, even when the weather's not so great because it gets me some fresh air and I don't have to stare at a screen for a while. I see things different than I do from the car and it causes me to interact with my environment differently.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Reduce refined sugar
Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

I was definitely addicted to sugar before this challenge, which is mostly why I chose to do this challenge. It was really challenging for the first few days, including headaches and fatigue. It's been slowly getting better and easier and I'm hoping doing the full 21 days will reset my body's "need" for sugar.
