    You need to look at things in a different way - whether it’s trying to trip chain, or pairing a different shirt with same old pants, or thinking of a different way to celebrate a birthday (experience vs gift).

    Got my flu shot today! But also try to run 2-3 times a week which typically gets me outside and gives me time to reflect, think, and relieve stress.

    By making me aware of how my activities - even small - can make a difference in the lives of others. I’ve been raising money for a big breast cancer walk/run in SC and this picture is a flock of pink flamingos (each one represent the $50 it takes to find a mammogram). This is what we raised so far!

    I planned ahead today and drove my Chevy bolt to a meeting 2 hours away. Took some planning, but happy to eliminate those air emissions.
