    Incorporating this into my daily life was relatively easy however; keeping it going is the challenge. Luckily I have an assortment of fruits and i have a lot to do physically.

    So far so good. These two challenges are really helping both my mindset and my physical body. I feel a little more healthy and way more active.  It is a nice rush and a good feeling.

    The taste of pears are getting old. However 60 minutes of exercise is very helpful.

    My friend Matt and I spend a lot of time outside moving and enjoying the weather. I however value work and how much I push myself. Working out for an hour is really helping me feel better and such.

    It helps me feel way more energized and awake as well as healthy. Other people smile at positivity ya know. It helps the planet by cutting down of how many animals are killed.

    Eating 4 servings a day of fruit is actually really helpful. It helps me be prepared and energized for the day. It also helps balance my workout routine and helps me feel much better and keep a positive attitude.
