    De-cluttering your personal space can be both therapeutic and rewarding at the same time. It is form of physical reflection on whether do we need the equipment we have and see if we can give to others

    There are many things to be grateful that we took for granted, even the smallest of things. Counting the blessings each day certainly brightens your day as you will understand how fortunate you are :)

    It is easier to achieve if you eat with a group of friends or families where you feel lesser tendencies to check on your mobile phones , reducing screen times

    realise it must be a conscious shift to omit sugar from everyday beverages. coffee, tea, soya, etc
