Ngozi Lawanson 10/01/2019 10:08 AMI usually have more energy and feel more full so it has a significant effect on my personal contentment. I already don't eat much meat, but reducing that consumption could have a great effect on my personal carbon footprint. -

Ngozi Lawanson 10/01/2019 10:06 AMWorking out with friends. I like taking different classes with friends when possible. Playing sports is also a fun way to get outside and get to socialize when you workout. I play pick up soccer games sometimes for this. -

Ngozi Lawanson 10/01/2019 10:05 AMI definitely think I'm addicted to sugar. I gave up processed sugar for Lent and it was very difficult. I' think it'd be useful to be more mindful about what I'm eating, since sugar is hidden in so many different food products. -
