Reuseable mug, glass, plate, bowl,  and I even keep a reusable napking in my bag.  Target has 4 for $10.

    Food Reduce Animal Products
Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

Meat is very expensive in poorer countries, especially red meats.  It takes quite some time for a cow or pig to mature.  Here in the U.S., we tend to eat more of the prime parts only, and there has historically been a lot of waste.  In poorer countries, they eat much more of the 'whole animal' which fortunately has started to become a trend here, which will hopefully last.  Red meat is a rich source of protein and iron, but even meat eaters can eat much less of it, and more parts of an animal, full appreciating it and reducing waste in doing so.  Here's to oxtail & pig jowl!
