    At last night's lecture on campus I was very happy when I asked the speaker if she would like a bottle or glass of water, and her response was "glass please, I'm very sustainable".

    I needed to purchase fruit for my sons soccer team snacks.  Rather than going to a local grocery store chain, I purchased from a local produce stand.

    I have always been aware of sustainability concerns and my family is already doing our part by recycling.  During this challenge I have been made aware of other ways that we can be even more sustainable.

    Walking with co workers during our lunch break will not only give me exercise, it allows me to relieve stress.  I also will walk the dog with other family members.
