Dan Hacker 10/17/2019 7:40 AMDuring these few weeks I have been eating at least one vegetarian meal per day. I am learning that there are some really interesting vegetarian dishes out there. Went out to lunch at a ramen place in the neighborhood and instead of my usual pork filled ramen I chose the Hazelnut Tantanmen. Miso tare, hazelnut broth, bok choy, shiitake, leeks and miso cashew crumbles. Oh my freaking god. So good. I want some now. -

Dan Hacker 10/03/2019 10:21 AMAlthough I might not go full veggie this month, I am definitely going to be more mindful of my meat intake over the next few weeks. When there is a veggie option, I will go for that. There was some food leftover from a meeting yesterday here on the 2 floor. Meat and veggie options. I skipped the meat for the vegetables. -
