  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

The ease of availability and price makes people lazy to carry their own reusable bottles when they are heading out. Again it needs to be started some day and then slowly it becomes a habit.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

I keep one reusable bag each in my vehicles. By chance I go to the nearby store without carrying one, then if the stuff is less, I prefer to carry them in my hand and then take it to my vehicle or home directly. If they are more, I would rather buy another reusable bag.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

One thing that stands on the way is to be able to regularly wash your mug. If one starts doing it first thing in the morning after coming to their desk, it can be converted to a habit.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Choose Two-Sided Printing
Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

People need to be conscious about what are they printing and if they have any pages which are not required to print, also they can choose 2 sided printing
