Eating meatless/vegan meals has been a lot easier than I initially anticipated. I found that what made this change the most accessible was having "convenience" foods on hand that were made of whole foods/unprocessed and free from animal products so that I could grab them for a quick meal on the go or have vegan options In my bag so I was not limited by the food available on campus. I found that raw nuts, apples, and Lara bars are all great things to have around my apartment and in my backpack to help me eat In a more environmentally conscious fashion. I have found It a lot harder to remember to power down my computer because I am so in the habit of just closing the computer and shoving It In my backpack between classes/activities.
