Whenever I see someone in my daily route often I can stop and introduce myself and try to put myself out there to make a new friend(s). I could start going to more public activities and try to get to know people there as well.

I noticed that life is so much better once you get off your phone, computer, stop watching the tv ect. I did not find it hard to chose other activities over screen time, I enjoyed it a lot. I went out and I went for walks, spent time with friends and even just sat down and enjoyed nature.
