    Nature Enjoy the Sunrise/Sunset
Father Thomas Berry says, "...our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." Respond to Berry's assertion.

I agree with Barry's assertion. Everyday I make a point to touch the earth with my bare skin. Grounding the human body has many benefits!

    Food Whole Foods Diet
Michael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this idea?

I agree! Farmer's markets have such better quality than the regular grocery stores. Eating healthier foods can keep us away from the doctors office for sure!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Fill up your sink to rinse of a lot of dishes rather than letting the water run!

    Waste Compost Food Waste
New to composting? Be sure to check out the action resource links to learn tips and more about it. As you transition from throwing food away to composting, what do you notice about how much you are tossing? How will you use your compost once it is ready?
