REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Practice Gratitude for EarthKathleen Dean Moore says that a sense of gratitude leads to a sense of moral obligation. Do you agree? How do we cultivate a sense of gratitude as individuals, and as a society?
Rich David 10/20/2019 8:35 AMI completely agree. We begin cultivating a sense of gratitude just like we begin cultivating a garden...with a desire to make something grow. By getting our hands dirty and planting a tiny seed. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Rich David 10/20/2019 8:29 AMFor starters, it seems that more people driving today are looking at their phone then paying attention to the actual task of driving. The percentage of people I witnessed while walking of drivers holding their phone in their hand is extraordinarily high. -
Rich David 10/08/2019 2:36 PMThe weather is finally changing and getting cooler. Went for a great walk with my best friend Scout.-
Rich David 10/20/2019 8:22 AMThanks for the high five! I cherish my time outside with my best floppy eared friend. :)

Rich David 10/08/2019 2:28 PMIn Charlotte, NC which is where I live, Duke Energy is the company that runs our electricity. They operate a system of generating plants fueled by oil or natural gas to supplement the power supply during peak times. -
Rich David 9/30/2019 8:30 AMAwesome time of year when the frogs and toads seem to be more prevalent. This little guy jumped right on my shoulder after this shot. -
