    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    Water bottles. I can buy a reuseable bottle like a hydro flask to use.

    My roommate and I don't turn on the heat until needed we try to just wear warm clothes while in our dorm

    I would like to go to bed sooner. I want to be able to get up early and feel refreshed and not tired

    Because the weather is much warmer, water levels go down and are hard to gain back with good, drinkable water

    I go to the gym with teammates. Sometimes we change up and we go on runs on trails outside.

    I am walking around campus instead of driving. I am also car pooling with teammates to places we need to go for practice instead of driving myself.
