I want to check in as we reach the middle of October and the middle of this challenge! I have been particularly enjoying trying to use locally sourced foods, which has given me the opportunity to make some super yummy meals! Using some of my eco-challenges, such as the printing double-sided paper challenge, has helped get my co-workers involved with this event :) I am excited to keep going!

I am so excited to be apart of this years Eco Challenge! My dear friend Carla Bosch told me about this initiative and I couldn't be happier to work with her and the Agnes Scott sustainability team towards living a more sustainable lifestyle. Wish me luck!
