    It's great to learn that we have very little waste in our household. 90% of our waste is recyclable.

    I meditate 5 to 10 minutes daily. I'm working my way up to 10 minutes. 10 minutes of sheer hell daily equals greater clarity, focus and happiness throughout the day :)

    I reached out to a local CSA in my area and will begin receiving weekly allotments when their spring harvest begins.

    I plan to do some indoor container gardening over the winter and plant a 8" x 10" garden plot in the spring.
