The Give Boxes that you can find in various locations around Dundee are great for donating your unwanted household clutter.  They are sorted every week by volunteers at The Gate Carbon Project and distributed to local groups that need them.  I've been to a couple of their clothes swaps and picked up some great items, all donated through Give Boxes.

I've not managed to do this but pledge to join a local tree-planting session the first time I find out about one!

Today I ran a litter pick around my local school, nursery and community centre.  As well as preventing the rubbish causing harm to the area, it was a great chance to discuss local issues and meet people who want to improve their area.

Getting out and meeting people builds community.  You never know where it could lead!

I've already been working towards many of these challenges and will use this time to focus on bedding them in as new habits.
