I will reduce the amount of paper mail that I receive by 3.4lbs (1.5kg) a month or 41lbs (18.6kg) a year by opting into paperless billing, ending unwanted subscriptions and opting out of junk mail.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Zachary Behr 10/08/2019 8:36 PMI tend to avoid using plastic water bottles as much as possible. I feel the only time I really end up using them is at festivals or events. One improvement I could make is making sure to bring my own reusable water bottle to these events to avoid using any plastic bottles.
