    7 days in and I'm already noticing differences!! I look forward to watching the sunset every night and have been getting more nature walks in.

    Adopting a needs vs wants approach when shopping has been eye opening of how wasteful I had been. I hope to adopt this approach going forward for a simpler life

    Another step I could take to reduce my water footprint would be to get in the shower as soon as I turn the water on, instead of waiting for it to heat up. :p

    I've noticed how many unnecessary subscriptions I have and have started cancelling them.
