I will have a group garage sale with friends, family, and/or neighbors.

COMPLETED
ONE-TIME ACTION

Water

Say No to Plastic Straws

An estimated 71% of seabirds and 30% of turtles have been found with plastics in their stomachs. When they ingest plastic, marine life has a 50% mortality rate. By asking for no straw when placing a drink order, I will keep 2 plastic straw(s) of out of the ocean each day.

It is so easy to impulse buy items on amazon (especially when they are prime deals). I have been dedicated to not buying items I truly do not need.  I do not need any extra items or "junk" laying around the house.  I have been reminding myself of this and I have been better about not buying what I do not need!
