"I will use normal water bottles, neoplastic bottles at all.also, I will not waste food, I will either finish it or save it for later. or may be I will just put on the table just enough amount of food. I will try to minimize using papers this term, I will do most of works trough online unless its necessary. "

    I kept it real. I actually dont even think about doing a challenge anymore. It has become normal to me. welcome to the world.

    so far so good. I even forgot that I was doing a challenge. After first week, It became part of my life to not use plastic bottles, no long showers, and definitely no wasting water. awesome how I transformed. I don't even keep track now, I do it naturally.

    So far so good! I wasted less water. and I didn't use any plastic bottle for at least two months, way before this challenge started. as for the papers, I had to print some for my communication class …...other than that I did all my works online and saved papers from going to waste.

    there are challenges sometimes, but I guess as long as I try it counts. I live in a house with 7 people, so I really can't control how much food gets wasted, but since I am the chief of the family, I try to cook just enough so it be enough for all of us, and not waste much. I will keep minimizing the food waste, and hopefully I can get this all under control.  I went out of my way to eat an expired peanut butter bread the other day. it was expired 2 days ago, but I read an article about how much food gets wasted just because it will expire in hours. they assured that its save to eat unto a week after the expiration date. luckily for me though, it was expired only two days, and I didn't wanna throw it since I didn't look for the expiration before opening it. so I tried to eat it. talk about commitment.

    So far so good! I am not all the way to point I wanted to reach, but I am in progress and hopefully it will get better.

    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    Forgetting the water bottle is 90% what causes me to use plastic water bottles. now I try to remember to carry it with me all the time, even tho I forget it at the car sometimes. Also, drinking from the water fountain helps me stay hydrated without using a plastic bottle.

    I didn't watch netflex, or youTube. I felt a little bored, but I filled the time doing something else. I will get used to it soon

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I felt a bit bored, but I didn't cut down social media all, I just minimized it. instead, I cooked for my family a lot, I watched documentaries, I listened to music and danced. most importantly, I did my homework's.
