    Wanting convenience is a barrier for me to a sharing economy. I work to re calibrate expectations and wanting immediate gratification.

    I have a reusable spork inside my reusable glass bottle so i don't need the single use utensils and cups. I bring my own grocery and produce bags to the grocery store. The single use packaging around convenience foods is difficult to avoid other than don't buy it.

    I never felt like I was addicted to sugar but i know it helps overall health to consume as little refined and processed sugar. This is my month to avoid it!
