October 16 at 4:49 AMSplendidly 🤗🍁 I've always caught up with email as I have breakfast and dinner. Eating mindfully with distraction has been tough. I'm starting slowly by focusing on one meal a day and for the most part, work.

October 15 at 11:58 AMFood prep ..... i am a prep, cook and eat type person. I recently began prepping some of my food for the week to save cooking time. The food items are basics to most of my meals; brown rice, sweet potatoes, beans and greens for 1/2 the week. So far, its working. This method also eliminates making too much food - I am also not a fan of leftovers.

October 14 at 5:55 AMStill going strong 🤗 wants vs needs challenge is possibly the most difficult among all of mine. It's not the material items as much as the food items. I have gradually become better at menu planning, taking a list to the store and only buying what is needed for the weekly, planned, meals. 😊🍁
