Animals and wildlife have no means or adding chemicals or gene altering their meals. Organic farming will ensure abundant output and will sustain the land over time.

October 18 at 9:29 AMThe one food choice I would be interested in exploring would be fasting. This practice has both spiritual and health purposes. It is great for the body to heal, rest and regenerate itself. It is great for spirituality as a means of discipline and self restraint.
