    Skip the straw does some days take some work.  I keep the other kind with me.  Using reusable cups makes skipping the straw and not using one time use water bottles easier.

    I would strongly point out that this is a misconception. Human civilizations have survived for millions of years of just organic food alone. Animals and wildlife have no means or adding chemicals or gene altering their meals. Organic farming will ensure abundant output and will sustain the land over time.

    The one food choice I would be interested in exploring would be fasting. This practice has both spiritual and health purposes. It is great for the body to heal, rest and regenerate itself. It is great for spirituality as a means of discipline and self restraint.

    Exercise is definitely a great stress blaster! I run/walk in this park almost every day and I never get tired of this scenery!

    First year growing potatoes as I experiment with some backyard sustainable farming and they are so easy! Here is a small amount I dug up for dinner one night. Zero carbon emissions when you walk the produce 50 feet from dirt to kitchen! :)
