October 23 at 7:58 AMThe challenge is going well. I have reduced the amount of food waste, have chosen healthier options and am using organic foods to cook with. As a result, not only have I reduced my personal carbon footprint, but I have lost weight and am much healthier.

October 23 at 7:47 AMBecause the meat industry caters to the richer economies - more sales. Eating more meat boosts the meat industry, thus causing a larger carbon footprint.
