    This challenge has made me aware of other areas that I can improve in and be more conscientious of my personal impact on the environment.

    The challenge is going well. I have reduced the amount of food waste, have chosen healthier options and am using organic foods to cook with. As a result, not only have I reduced my personal carbon footprint, but I have lost weight and am much healthier.

    I agree - I think that is not feasible as organic food comes with a higher price. However, there can be a way to produce non organic food in healthier ways.

    Its true, prevent disease ahead of time by going with the healthy option.

    Because the meat industry caters to the richer economies - more sales. Eating more meat boosts the meat industry, thus causing a larger carbon footprint.

    Having to carry around re-usable bottles after use is the main barrier. To combat this, find a bag which would make it easy to carry with you on the go.

    No this does not surprise me. I would rather use the money on transportation to and from work.
