    This statement absolutely rings true to me. It also brings to mind the Japanese concept of forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. surrounding ourselves in things that are natural, not man made, even to the point of be enveloped in it, works wonders on our brain.

    I bring reusable cups and utensils for my daughter to use in place of the disposable ones that preschool provides. I also send her lunch in reusable containers everyday. Every little bit makes a difference!
