Put a bunch of paper bags in my car to make sure I have backups when I forget my reusable bags.

I am training for the Seattle Marathon, so my running time has been outside running time. I have done a couple of trail runs and group runs, which has inspired me to work hard and to complete good training!

I just bought my first carbon offset! Since I've been traveling more lately, it's something I've been wanting to do for a while. And TerraPass made it pretty easy :)

Experiencing a deep sense of gratitude for the life that you live and those you share it with creates a bond to the people you share it with. I think it naturally comes that when you are grateful for something you want to protect it, you want to take care of it.

The switch at work has been hard because we have deposable hot cups at work. Although I've been using one for the whole week. Now I have my reusable drinking cups in the place where I used to put the disposable one so that I can automatically grab the reusable one for my coffee / tea consumption.

We are already duing reusable bottles and water from the tap (with a filter). I refill all our reusable water bottles every day and put them in the car, take them to work and kids at school. The local schools have installed drinking fountains to fill up their reusable water bottles.

Encourage farmers to stop burning fields,  indigenous subsistence farmers to stop burning Amazon, BLM to stop  forest management by controlled burns, trash (especially plastic)  t  to fuel energy production, penalize all trash dumping in international waters.
