    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    I have made the switch and feel great about minimizing the amount of trash we send to the dump each day.

    Where are your nearest natural bodies of water? How might they be affected by runoff?

    My nearest body of water is Floyds Fork, it backs up to my neighborhood.  It could be affected by runoff from people who live around it fertilizing their yards.

    We are all affected as we are all dependent on a healthy planet to survive.

    Practicing gratitude helps to keep your focused on what you are thankful for and minimizes the amount of time we spend focused on the negative things happening around us.

    By inviting them to go with you.  You can spend quality time with your friends hiking a trail at a park enjoying nature.
