October 15 at 9:22 AMMy family recently added a composting area. This has been a weird transition trying to figure out what things I can and cannot compost. It is amazing how much we are able to compost and not have to throw away. I enjoy not having to take out the trash as much. We will most likely use out compost in our gardens.

October 15 at 9:18 AMI do my best to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. On top of that I also make myself a healthy breakfast in the morning.

October 15 at 9:15 AMI have found a way to work my coping skills into my daily life. I love being around kids and find that their energy helps me relax. Because of this, I work to find jobs that have to do with kiddos. I also know that I need time to decompress everyday so I build at least 15 minutes into my day to just sit and breathe.

To do this I will need some motivation from my sister to get up by having me take her to school. As for going to bed earlier, I need to be more productive to ensure that I have my work done at...

October 15 at 9:00 AMIn my backyard we have a fairly big garden. My favorite produce that we grow would have to be strawberries, sweet peas, potatoes, cucumbers, and asparagus. We also have a pumpkin patch where we grow different varieties of pumpkins and squash.
