    Water Say No to Plastic Straws
    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I usually eat 2-3 meals a day. Drinking right out of the cup is an easy way to avoid using a straw.

    To accomplish my tasks today I used a reusable water bottle 4 times, watered my plants at home, and went to practice from 4-6 along with the walking involved throughout the day.
