Ryan Hazlett 10/24/2019 8:02 AMThe challenge raised a lot of awareness to the things that I can change and take action easily as part of my daily routine and contribute to helping our planet. It also helped me do a lot of reflection and has inspired me to be more conscious and make healthier choices for myself and the environment. -

Stacey K 10/24/2019 7:51 AMI thought this goal would easy, which upon reflection, is exactly why I didn't complete it. For me, the "easy" nature of this task made me feel comfortable pushing out the timeline, letting it linger on the bottom of my "to-do" list, and thinking I didn't need to make a specific plan to get it done. Which is a key take-away. We might be sabotaging our efforts if we label them as "easy" and let all the other things in our lives filter to the top. In the end, I realize that this goal was simple and not easy. There is a big difference between the two. -

Briar Schoon 10/23/2019 3:54 PMIt's the last day!!! I'm shedding happy tears! This challenge has given me time to reflect about my busy lifestyle and the need to slow down and focus on waste reduction through meal planning and general mindfulness. Most of the waste I produce is related to me not making time and planning better. When I take time to prepare my meals I am saving money, reducing waste and taking better care of myself. It's been a good three weeks!
