    It has ben cold so adjusting the thermostat has been questionable

    I can start by eating less meat, and continue to unplug all of my unused devices

    Your utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?

    Each day I turn my computer completely off. I turn off the television and turn off my surge protectors also. I make sure every light is turn off before bed and I only turn the lights on at night when needed

    In my neighborhood they have people that sign you up for clean energy protest. I will continue to sign the petitions

    I’ve done well with meal prepping and making sure I have a meatless meal daily. This week I had smoothies for breakfast every morning. I think I will continue to do this.

    I think it is better to do what's best for you health and it Starts with eating right. As they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    No it does not surprise me. That amount of money could be out away for my childs education.
