REFLECTION QUESTIONHigh Impact Action Track Zero-Waste CookingIn North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?
Patrizia Zeiselberger 10/07/2019 10:59 PMI simply choose to eat veggies where I can eat the WHOLE vegetable .... pretty easy -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Patrizia Zeiselberger 10/02/2019 2:26 AMI think it is a good exercise, as we unfortunatley often focus on the negative and loose sight of the good things. Sometimes practicing gratitude lets you see how fortunate you are and this in turn motivates to help others, less fortunate. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Foods DietMichael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this idea?
Patrizia Zeiselberger 10/01/2019 10:31 PMTrue. We are what we eat. I avoid processed food as much as possible, always cook my own stuff, purchasing, whenever possible regional / seasonal products. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
