    How do/can Ecochallenge.org programs help you develop a stronger sense of community?

    Well I volunteer for a night club and from the start of the show to the end of the show, I help make sure people are hydrated, safe and have a ride home when they drink too much. I create a close community knowing that people aren't going to drive home drunk or get hit by a drunk driver. We know well enough that we never like to loose our loved one for drinking and driving. It's small job that makes a big impact.

    What is one thing you can do to help your community become more sustainable?

    It starts with the simplest things to help. Such as reusing bags or using tote bags. It's also eating simple. You don't need to order a large yummy meals or order fast food. Learning how to cook and packing your own food is being sustainable.

    I used to only get 6 or less hours of sleep. I am also a workaholic which is very bad because I exhaust myself a lot. I started to have a strict time to go to sleep since I work night shift. I also workout before going to work. It gets me the energy to power through work and be tired enough to sleep.

    How do I change it to say I met one of my neighbors today??? 

    But my neighbor is always outside with her child. It's was nice to say hi because I left for work and left my coffee on top of my car. She yelled for me to stop when i drove away and even though we don't have to be close neighbors. It was nice to have someone look out for me and my coffee. 
    A simple greeting is all you need to show you acknowledge someone. You don't need to say any more.

    I am soo stocked that I joined Fit Warrior that Lam provides. In the group, our trainer teaches us how to deal with our problems either physical or emotional. There is no shame just learning the group. Because a lot of people struggle the same thing and in a group. We can change together by first leaning on each other. I recommend joining Fit Warrior when it gets offered again!
