Some of my diet choices fell in line with what was advised, others did not.  I need to make a conscience effort to check the Seafood App to make sure I am making smarter, healthier choices
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Remembering to have the bottle with you is the biggest barrier as well as the availability of clean water to fill it in.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
