REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Lorraine Wilson 10/15/2019 9:20 AMIt has become a habit for me to take a reusable for my hot drinks since I don't purchase these. I can see having a reusable being a challenge for those who purchase drinks on the fly without a planned stop. -
Lorraine Wilson 10/07/2019 9:51 AMI am not sure I have selected all the challenges I would like too. The program tells me I have reached my limit. If that is the case I am curious to compare with those high scoring individuals what challenges they selected as compared to what I have. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Use Public TransitThe US spends roughly 20% of its federal budget on defense. In contrast, 2% goes to education, 20% goes to social security and 3% goes to transportation infrastructure. Do these numbers surprise you at all? Why or why not? How would you adjust them if you could?
Lorraine Wilson 10/02/2019 2:15 PMAs the weather changes it may be a bigger challenge to not want to drive to work. However, the plus side of not driving in winter is that in case of bad weather you don't have to navigate roads that may not be ideal. Takin the max or bus (where the driver is trained for bad weather driving) can be the best bet. Dressing warmly is important when standing waiting for transportation. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Conduct Virtual MeetingsHow can you ensure that your virtual meetings honor your values and your company's culture?
Lorraine Wilson 10/02/2019 2:13 PMI held two virtual meetings today. I had three scheduled. It is a very effective way to meet because it affords you the use of your computer to take you own notes. You can also stand up and walk around while chatting on the phone. Its a great and productive way to meeting
