    I work out with a small group of people which hold me accountable. Without this accountability I'm not sure that I'd keep my routine workouts.

    The conversations that I have without the distractions are more meaningful. Bonus, I am more aware of how much I'm consuming.

    Training my hair to not need such extensive washing and blow drying.

    Walking through my neighborhood allows me see what's going on around me. I appreciate the little things that people do and I get excited when I see the wild life around me in the BIG city.
