Trent w 10/21/2019 10:03 AMI have continued home workouts, focusing on my legs since I hurt my arm in a baseball tournament. I am making fast progress and seeing my strength increase. -
Trent w 10/17/2019 10:16 AMYesterday and today I did not run any fans or heaters in my room. I added extra blankets when I got cold and took off my comforter when I got hot. Using fans and heaters uses a lot of electricity so by not using them I conserved a lot of energy. -
Trent w 10/16/2019 4:43 AMYesterday my family and I were hardly home so all of the energy we would have potentially used if we were there was saved. I did not exercise yesterday but I did help close down my grandparents pool for the winter which was sort of exhausting.-

Trent w 10/14/2019 1:09 PMAll weekend I hardly had any lights on in my house, we opened windows, curtains, and doors to enjoy the weather as well so our climate control was turned off as well. At night I did however turn on my fan and run it all night which is a minor setback but I will work on it. -
Trent w 10/09/2019 4:33 PMIt is the third day and today I had a little trouble finding motivation to workout. I was especially tired today but I did convince myself to proceed with my routine home workout since I have been taking a few month break from going to an actual gym. I did the simple home workouts to sustain my muscle and body fat, push-ups, squats, planks, leg lifts, etc. -
Trent w 10/08/2019 4:44 PMToday was day 2 of the EcoChallenge. Today I exercised for 60 minutes again which is pretty routine and not very difficult. Today I did lots of push-ups, squats, and core exercises. I also conserved energy today by leaving lights off in my house and opening curtains. I also turned off the A/C and opened the windows as well. -
Trent w 10/07/2019 4:15 PMToday was the first day of the EcoChallenge. To conserve energy I turned off lights in my house and opened windows and curtains instead. I also turned off our televisions and unplugged my phone charger when I wasn't using it.
