    NATURE!!!

Nature is the most beautiful and attractive surrounding around us which make us happy and provide us natural environment to live healthy. Our nature provides us variety of beautiful flowers, attractive birds, animals, green plants, blue sky, land, running rivers, sea, forests, air, mountains, valleys, hills and many more things. Our God has created a beautiful nature for the healthy living of us. All the things we use for our living are the assets of nature which we should not spoil and damage.

We should not destroy the originality of the nature and should not imbalance the ecosystem cycle. Our nature provides us beautiful environment to live and enjoy so it is our responsibility to keep it clean and away from all the damages. In the modern era, many selfish and bad activities of the human being have disturbed the nature to a great extent. But we all should try to maintain our nature’s beauty.

    SAVE TREES!!

Trees give us life directly and indirectly as they are source of oxygen production, CO2 consumption and source of rain. They are most precious gift to the humanity on the earth from nature for which we must be grateful, give honour and preserve for the mankind wellness.

We should understood importance of trees in our lives and do our best to save trees in order to save life, save environment on the earth and make earth a green earth. Trees are as valuable as gold that’s why they are called as “Green Gold” on the earth. They are the real source of our health as well as wealth because they give us oxygen, cool air, fruits, spices, vegetables, medicines, water, wood, furniture, shadow, fuel to burn, houses, fodder to animals and other useful things. They consume all the CO2, refresh air from toxic gases and prevent us from the air pollution.

    NATURE!! BEAUTY

The nature is everything around us which surrounds us with beautiful environment. We see and enjoy it every moment. We observe natural changes in it, hear it and feel it everywhere. We should take full advantage of the nature and go out of home for the morning walk daily to breathe pure air and enjoy morning beauty of nature. All though the day it changes it beauty like in the morning when sun rises everything looks bright orange and then yellowish. In the evening when sun sets it again becomes dark orange and then light dark.

The nature has everything for us but we do not have anything for it even we are destroying its property day by day to just fulfill our selfish wishes. In the modern technological world lots of inventions are getting launched daily without its advantage and disadvantage to the nature. It is our responsibility to save the declining assets of our nature to make possible the existence of life forever on the earth. If we do not take any step towards nature conservation, we are keeping our future generations at danger. We should understood its worth and value and try to maintain its natural shape.

5 Ways to Find Happiness in Nature!!!

    1. Slow down to nature’s pace.

When you walk slowly, you breathe more slowly and you will instantly feel more relaxed. As you slow down, begin to notice the nature that’s around you.

It may be a little piece of moss in a crack on the pavement or a tree you’ve never noticed before. Look around you slowly and consciously and see what you find when you settle into this more natural pace of being.

    2. Try barefoot breathing.

We humans are the only creatures to place a shoe between the soles of our feet and the Soul of the earth. The simple act of removing your shoes and standing barefoot on the earth satisfies a tribal need for reconnection.

Find a quiet place out of doors—a corner of the park, a quiet place in your garden, or your favorite wild place.

Kick off your shoes, close your eyes, and take 100 soft slow barefoot breaths feeling the sun on your face, the air on your skin, and the warm heart of the earth through the soles of your feet.

    3. Spend some time cloud watching.

When was the last time you lay on the grass and watched the clouds float by in the sky above you? I’ll bet you did it as a child but haven’t done it nearly as much as an adult.

Cloud-watching clears the mind and brings calm to all your senses. Try it in the evening when sunset paints the clouds with pink and orange, on sunny days with a buzzing soundtrack of insects, or on a stormy day when you can watch 10 shades of grey roll past in just a few minutes.

    4. Hug a tree.

When you think of trees what words come to mind? Strong? Tall? Statuesque? Resilient? Ancient? The oldest trees on the planet have been living for thousands of years and we rely on trees to produce the oxygen we need to breathe.

“Tree-hugger” is often used jokingly but hugging a tree is a simple way to top up your energy levels by soaking up all that strength and oxygen-rich goodness! Lean in close and lay your cheek against the trunk. Feel the texture of the bark against your skin and open your arms to embrace the tree.

    5. Plant spirit medicine.

Native people around the world talk about the spirit of the plants they use for healing. The spirit of a plant is greater than the sum of all its active ingredients, and you can tap into the spirit of plants too. Ever noticed how you are attracted to particular cut flowers or plants at different times in your life?

Go somewhere with flowers and turn your awareness into your heart by focusing on your gentle breath flowing in and out.

From this tender place of connection, notice which flowers attract you most—which call to your heart? Spend time absorbing their beauty and be open to the idea that they’re giving you the healing you most need.

So anytime you want to feel happy or inspired or soothed or reminded of your true nature, head outside and turn your face toward the sun.

    Save Animals!!

Why you should strive to save animals

    1. Animals are an integral part of the natural In fact, human beings are also a form of animals. Yet many animals are in the danger of disappearing from the earth.
    2. Every animal has a place in the ecosystem in the food chain to keep life in balance. If the balance tilts disasters follow.
    3. Animals also have a role to play in our daily lives. They help in farming, transport or provide us food like milk, eggs, etc. We must protect them since they are dependent on us
    4. In the past animals have had a greater role to play than now. Elephants, horses, and donkeys, etc. were commonly used to transport people or weights.
    5. Whether they are useful to humans or not, it is mandatory to respect that aspect of nature and to protect animals.
    6. There are many species of animals that are suffering from the aggressive actions and encroachments of human beings into the forests or other natural ecosystems. Poaching in forests is another offense against wildlife.
    Tips to Save Animals

If you want to make a difference in the world and the lives of animals around the globe, here are some tips to get a jump-start on saving animals.

    • You pledge not to wear anything that comes from animals such as leather. Just by this one step alone, you can save the lives of 100+ animals each year.
    • You can also buy cruelty-free products such as soaps, lip balms, and shampoos where animals have not been poisoned, blinded or burned so that you can look more beautiful.
    • You can also help save animals by not entertaining them in zoos, movies, and circus because in these places everything is denied to them and they are not in their natural habitat.
    Conclusion

After the discussion, one must agree that ‘Save Animals’ must be a made into an awareness program for all to understand the value of animal life. Special reserve areas for protecting the endangered species where the human presence is controlled. They feel safe in their areas, and that is the only chance for them to breed and thrive. If you are really passionate about saving animals, you can even volunteer at the local animal shelter. You can help by walking dogs or cleaning out water bowls – anything that makes a difference in the lives of homeless animals.

The term “Save Water” urges us to save one of the mother earth’s most significant natural resources – water. Easy availability of water has made us careless, undermining its significance and resulting in its wastage. Today, a normal household wastes thousands of liters of water annually, without realizing that it would need years to reproduce the same quantity through natural processes. Water usage must be optimized to ensure its availability for future generations.

Water is the most important natural resource made available by mother earth to the humans. It is essential for existence of life and maintaining ecological balance. Life on earth without water cannot be imagined and history is replete with wars fought between civilizations over water.

Although, earth constitutes 71% of water, only 2.5% of it is fresh water that we use, and we are wasting that too. The fresh water that we use today has probably been around since the beginning of life on earth. The amount of fresh water that the earth holds has remained constant, but the human pollution consuming it has increased manifolds; subsequently, leading to water scarcity. Adequate measure must be taken towards optimal usage of water and methods like rain water harvesting must be implemented in order to ensure future availability of one of the nature’s most valuable resources.
