    I find joy in finding things, I feel a deeper appreciation for the item then if I were to just go out to a store and buy something

    I've lived in the same general area my entire life so I can drive around for hours without ever being lost for more than a few minutes. I can appreciate knowing my surroundings, but I also enjoy the thrill of being in a new space and exploring

    It's an outdoor exercise that forces you to slow down, work carefully and strongly, and  be aware of the plant you are working with.
