Ana Torres 10/07/2019 8:14 AMTaking an walk everyday for just a few minutes help us humans to relax and come back to Earth instead of being inside all of the time. It helps be more aware of our environment, and getting a 15 minute walk each day makes you happier in the long run. -

Ana Torres 10/07/2019 8:05 AMThe next step you can take towards reducing your water footprint is maybe only using sinks when necessary, and not leaving them running. Leaving sinks on is a common problem, and it wastes so much water until someone comes to turn it off. -
