    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Taking an walk everyday for just a few minutes help us humans to relax and come back to Earth instead of being inside all of the time. It helps be more aware of our environment, and getting a 15 minute walk each day makes you happier in the long run.

    The next step you can take towards reducing your water footprint is maybe only using sinks when necessary, and not leaving them running. Leaving sinks on is a common problem, and it wastes so much water until someone comes to turn it off.

    You can incorporate other personal values into your exercise routine by doing lots of things! If you like dancing, you could make up a dance with friends. You could walk your dogs listen to music while running.

    Practicing gratitude helps keeping you centered and motivated because it helps you feel grateful for what you do have and recognizing just how lucky you are to do what you do and live the way you live. It makes you want to help others so that maybe one day they can be as lucky as you are as well.
